The Governor of Sikkim is
hereby please to notify the
following further to amend
the Sikkim Public Works
Manual 2009 published in
Extraordinary Gazette NO 381
dated 8th October 2009,
namely : -
1. In the said manual, in
paragraph 24.6,
(1) After the existing
sub paragraph (4), the
following shall be added,
namely : -
"The Registered
Cooperative Society shall be
exempted from production of
Bank Guarantee of equivalent
amount for drawl of
mobilization advances,"
(2) After sub-paragraph
(6), the following new sub
paragraph shall inserted
namely;
(7) The mobilization
advance of 10% (Ten Percent)
off value of works put to
tender on the written
request of the registered
co-operative society shall
be granted to the registered
co-operative societies free
of interest which shall be
recovered in the manner as
prescribed in the paragraph
24.7 off manual.
2. This
notification shall be come
into force at once.
