The Governor has been
pleased to Amend Appendix 4
of the Sikkim financial
Rules, 1979 as follows : - |

Short title:
|
(1) These rules
may be called the
Sikkim Financial
(19th Amendment),
1998. |
| |
(2) These
Amendments shall
come into force with
immediate effect. |
| |
(3) In
Appendix-4 of the
Sikkim Financial
Rules, 1979 the
following shall be
